Meet Jessica

Jessica Tezucar earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from Westfield State University in 2003. She began her career with MassMutual in 2004 at the Springfield, Massachusetts Home Office in the Life Services department. In 2005, she was promoted to Variable Life Services, where she earned her FINRA Series 6 license.

In 2006, Jessica joined MassMutual Metro New York as the Agency Contracts & Licensing Specialist. Recognized for her leadership and operational expertise, she was promoted to Business Manager in 2008. In 2017, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, roles she continues to hold today.

As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Jessica leads the agency’s operations, finance, human resources, and administrative functions. She provides strategic leadership for the agency’s operational and financial initiatives, drives process improvements, strengthens financial performance, and helps shape the agency’s long-term growth and success. With more than 20 years of experience within the MassMutual organization, she is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to operational excellence, and passion for developing high-performing teams.

Jessica resides in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, with her daughter, Gabriella, and their dog, Molly. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, traveling, and supporting her local community.
